I've been to many hibachi restaurants and none have been the same in the middle of Wichita Falls of all places. Get the fish and fried rice with a salad

Hibachi tastes very good. There were a lot of people and you need to wait little bit. It's worthy. Best Japanese food in town.

I had a lot of fun with my friends for this only hibachi restaurant! The decor was spectacular and the layout of tables and bars were well spaced. Celebrating my birthday, I confirm this place to be perfect for Japanese themed party. The servers were on point collecting everyone's order for the chefs to make. The chef we had was good in cooking but basic for grill performance. For example, the volcano onion I took an image of was only 3 pieces rather the whole half skilled chefs could do. However, the food was tasty. Considering the price, I would suggest going for parties. If you are expecting hibachi quality, then please don't expect too much from the chefs, as everyone has different experience levels.

Very typical of a teppanyaki restaurant, the food is well prepared right in front of you, and many in town are addicted to their fried rice... probably because it's cooked with about 2 lb of butter. Personally, I like the red snapper. Service is speedy. Environment is dark and noisy, with the sounds of metal cooking implements striking each other ringing throughout the building. Still, one doesn't go to a teppanyaki table without expecting the flashy show, so the noise and light level is accepted by all. Only gave four instead of five stars because they tend to over season the food, at least for my refined palate.

Excellent sushi and service! Sat at the sushi bar and ordered the Tiger Roll and sake (salmon) sashimi. The spicy tuna was spicy and the salmon was fresh. Will be back!

We came around 5:15 and had already left by 6:00. We ate at the sushi bar and the rolls were delicious. Service was fast and the chefs were quick.
